There are no reset breakers on your dryer. You have a bad heating element (most common problem), bad thermostat, or one leg of the 220v circuit to the dryer is bad. The dryer is fed from two 110v, 30a breakers, usually in tandem that are in the service panel. One leg is for heat and the other is for the drum. For one of them to fail is a less common occurrence than a bad element. Lastly, sometimes the dryer plug will go bad and you will have an open in one leg.
