The Challenge Spartan 150-A Electric Paper Cutter and 150-SA Electric Paper Cutter are sleek, strong, 15" table-top machines perfect for the professional office, copy center, in-plant, and on-demand printing environments. Holding true to the Challenge tradition, the Spartan 150A and 150SA Cutters are engineered and manufactured to the highest of safety standards available in the world; safety shields cover the front and rear tables and front-side cut buttons require two hands to simultaneously activate the cut cycle, virtually eliminating the possibility for error
Tough power cutting offers a 1/2 HP gear drive motor to power through up to a 1-1/2" thick stack of paper. The hand crank wheel system provides over 200% more clamping force than the lever clamping system, resulting in a better cut. Safety covers over the front table (the cutting area) and rear table protect from accidents while the Safety Dual Cut Buttons requires the simultaneous use of both hands to operate, ensuring no hand is left in a dangerous area. The Spartan 150A & 150SA Electric Paper Cutters are made of a heavy duty steel, cast iron, and cast aluminum construction for a long life. Hardened steel components and bronze bearings on most wear surfaces increase the life of the cutter. The maximum cutting width for both electric paper cutters is 15-1/4", while the minimum cut is 1-15/16". In front of the blade the table length is 9". Speed is not a problem with the Spartan 150 Cutters, as they can power through a stack of paper as thick as 1-1/2" in just 2 seconds. Measurements are printed in metric and inches for versatility.
Features exclusive to the Spartan 150-SA include an LED Digital Backgauge Position Display, which is an easy to read digital display located on the front table of the machine that allows the operator to easily set the backgauge position accurately, every time. Twelve red LED lights positioned over the knife provide the brightest, most consistent and easy to see optical cut-line in the industry, so you can align your sheets perfectly for the optimum cut. The front shield automatically pops open after a cut cycle is completed, allowing the operator to remove the cut stock without the extra step of having to manually open the cover. As simple as this step sounds, it speeds up production surprisingly. And lastly, the Spartan 150-SA Paper Cutter features virtually maintenance free knife bar gibs. - "Gibs" are devices used to control the knife position during a cut cycle assuring a consistent and accurate cut. Traditionally, these surfaces require routine lubrication because of the continuous surface friction they have with the moving knife bar. The Spartan 150 SA gibs however, are made of an advanced material called UHMW that is both, strong and self-lubricating, resulting in virtually maintenance free durability.
Both Spartan 150 Electric Cutters come standard with two high speed steel knives, three plastic cutting sticks, one jogging aid, one tool kit, one knife change safety holder assembly and one user manual. They can be used in standard 120V, 60Hx Single Phase AC outlets, and provide an output of ½ horse power. They measure 25-3/4" wide x 31" deep x 21-1/2" high without the optional stand, and weigh about 170 pounds unpackaged. Because of the size and weight of this cutter, is portability is a factor then we recommend placing the cutters on mobile workstations.

Could i be bipolar? I have taken several online tests, but i dont know for sure..?
I am a cutter. I have been for 4 yrs. i even had to get stitches once. I carry around a little kit with me everywhere i go with razors and gause and nail scissors. i cut when im angry. not so much when im sad. after i cut i write down everything in my head. sometimes i write really bad things about how i hate people and want to kill them. (which i would never NEVER do!) but i can help it. i want to lash out and throw things and hurt people when im mad, but instead i hurt myself. My parents wont take me to a doctor. im 18 and dropped out of school, so i dont have health insurance. i cant afford to take myself. Am i bipolar...or just crazy or what? it just keeps getting worse. im afraid that soon i wont be able to control myself and i might hurt someone......
you need to stop asking yourself if you have these or that and start getting help for your problems. I am a recovering self harmer and even know have problems with it but with the help I get I manage a lot better then I did. Yes I have bipolar disorder as well. your parents need to take you to a doctor but if they will not then phone your local health department there will be a free service around you somewhere. take care good luck
