You are retraining your body to wake up when you start to grind your teeth. The electronic device may seem strange but it is said that some people find it less invasive than the mouth guards. Biofeedback can be an effective teeth grinding treatment, however it means that you will get woken up until it works.
Teeth grinding can also be brought on by poor sleeping habits and, if most of your grinding happens during your sleeping hours, this might be the cause of your issue. Lots of people grind their teeth during their waking hours as well as during their sleeping hours but it is easier to control it when you are awake. If you have trouble falling or staying asleep or don't keep regular sleeping and waking hours this could be making you grind your teeth at night. I actually meant that what happens to current after it enters the ground return path in an electronic circuit.(Signal ground).
Not in the electricty power system.
Think of earth (or ground) as an unlimited provider or storage of electrons.
If you connect a supply to earth, all its electrons go to earth and eventually the power supply "dies".
