Advantages of a high pressure misting system
Though air conditioning systems certainly help to provide great relief indoors, people who want to stir out feel the experience dreadful.

There are high-pressure misting fans in the market that are extremely effective in lowering the temperature on an outdoor patio by up to 30 degrees. These misting fans are equipped with a patented ceramic nozzle that releases a fine mist of water into the air. They each come packaged with detailed installation instructions, along with the required tools and hardware.
Professional high pressure misting units generally run at 1,000 to 1,500 psi. The higher the pressure used, the finer will be the mist. High pressure systems create a fine mist with droplets of 5 to 10 microns in size, that will appear like airborne fog. The amount of water consumed by the high-pressure system varies depending on the amount of line needed to cover the area to be misted. On average, the majority of commercial systems will use 1 to 3 gal per minute.
High pressure systems is less expensive to install and equally less costly to operate. The estimated cost for installation is about half that of central refrigerated air conditioning. The power consumption is limited to the fan and water pump. The only two mechanical parts in most high-pressure systems are the fan motor and the water pump, both of which are low-tech and can be repaired by any mechanic.

Why does my pool filter have high pressure?
We recently put up a 30x15 pool by ourselves. The filter (cartridge filter) seems to be running ok except it has higher pressure than the "normal". The filter says normal is 6-12, when its on high it runs between 10-18...even when we first turned it on. If we leave it on low it runs about 4-6. The max pressure is 25. Should I be worried about when we run it on high?
