Roulette Betting Strategy - Double Street Quad Strategy
Roulette is a game of chance. Theoretically there is no one strategy can guarantee the winnings at Roulette game. However, by implementing certain strategies that work, you are able to increase the chance of winning and walk away with some profit. There are many roulette strategies used by casino players in trying to beat the game. One of these strategies is called Double Street Quad Strategy. Let looks at how the strategy works.
Like the name implies, this strategy involves the wagers on double streets along with a straight up number and the betting on a corner or quad. The "Double Street Quad Strategy" covers the betting of 17 numbers out from the 35 numbers for single-zero's wheel. With "Double Street Quad Strategy", you are wagering 6 chips per spin that involve 2 chips on each of the double streets bet and one chip on the corner and straight number bets.
In order to get a better picture on how the strategy works, let's use an example:
First, choose one straight up number. Let's say you choose the number 5. (Please note that the straight number you choose should not be covered in the double street and the corner bet). Please place one chip on the straight number, in this case is the number 5.
Then choose two double streets, let's choose: 13,14,15,16,17,18 and 31,32,33,34,35,36. Place 2 chips to bet on each double street.
The next thing to do is find a corner, let's bet one chip on the corner of 8,9,11,12.
So, you are betting a total of 6 chips on 17 numbers, which cover nearly 50% of the numbers on the wheel.
The Pay Off
For single zero Roulette, the straight up number pays 35 to 1. When the wheel draws, if the ball lands on the straight number you bet, in this case the number 5, you get back 36 chips (35 winning chips plus 1 chip used to bet on the number). So, after deducting the 6 chips you used to bet, you will have a profit of 30 chips.
If the ball lands on the double street, which pays 5 to 1, you will win 10 chips since you have betted 2 chips on it. In this case, you will have a profit of six chips after deducting the 4 chips lose on the double street (2 chips), and one chip betting on the quad and the straight up number.
The corner/quad bet pays 8 to 1. If the ball lands on one of number you bet at quad, you will have a profit of 3 chips (the 8 winning chips minus 5 chips lose on the betting of double streets and the straight up number).
You will lose the six chips if ball lands at a number that is not covered in your betting.
Double Street Quad Strategy is one of Roulette betting strategies used by casino players to increase their chances of winning. However, you should aware that it does not guarantee for a winning because Roulette is a game of chance which nobody has a control on how the ball will land on the wheel.

Pinnacle Dazzle Video Creator Plus HD Question?
I am in the market for the Pinnacle Dazzle Video Creator Plus HD capture card. However, in all the descriptions it says that i need an Intel Core 2 Duo, Intel Core 2 Quad, or Intel Core i7 for the AVCHD part of the capture card. I have an Intel Pentium Dual Core processor, will that affect the software and should I just get the other Dazzle capture card, or do i still buy this one? Lastly, i need a sound card that is compatible with DirectX 9 or higher. How do I know if it is?
It might only allow you to capture 480i or 480p the reasons for the higher CPU is that it needs the power for the video capturing yet if you have enough RAM and a fast hard drive it should work. Yet if the software they include does not work then use Vegas, Premiere etc to capture then up-convert using MPEG Streamclip it does take lower quality video and converts it to a higher one.
As for the sound card the Dual Core will work with DirectX 9 don't see why not it even works with slower chips and setups out there........
