Anyone know of a place that sells Tungsten Carbide Hunting Knives?
I am in need of a strong durable knife and figured they must make some hunting knives out of Tungsten carbide these days.... but I cant find them online anywhere...

The REASON you can't find them on-line is very simple: nobody makes one.
TUNGSTEN, just the metal, is rather hard stuff. You can make lathe tools with it, just from little jagged bits of the stuff, and machine down the hardest steels. On the other hand, if you have a lot of it (and it is rather expensive) you can form it into a single chunk and blow it in one side of a Tank and out the other. It's pretty hard.
Come to think of it, one of the reasons for the German military collapse in 1944/45 was the fact that they were running out of Tungsten for cutting-bits for machine-tools with which to make weapons. You see, the stuff was so good at blowing holes through Tanks that they had shot off nearly their entire supply in the form of anti-Tank ammunition, so they had hardly any left with which to make new guns.
Now we come to Tungsten CARBIDE, a chemical-level bonding of Tungsten and Carbon. It is even HARDER. You can't machine it at all because it is just as hard as the bits you are trying to machine it with; it must be ground, using diamond-impregnated ceramic stones, on high-precision grinders.
IF, just IF, you were able to find someone who could/would make a knife from this stuff, it would be:
1. terrifyingly expensive
2. not very big
3. an absolute MONSTER to try to sharpen
4. so hard that it would be extremely brittle; it would shatter into a zillion pieces the first time you dropped it or if you overstressed the blade even the smallest bit with a sideways or radial torque, it would snap right off.
Highly unsatisfactory.
That's why there aren't any made.
