Few problems slow down your aluminum-processing more than premature blade breakage. Fortunately, most causes are preventable. The first step is to make the sure the aluminum saw blade is properly sharpened and set. If you buy, RENEGADE A blades, you probably won't experience premature blade breakage.
When choosing a saw blade that is for your needs, the overall efficiency of the blade is optimized. If the blade used on the band saw is not for your needs, not only will it affect the performance of the saw, it will also shorten the overall life span of the blade. You may not be able to find the exact wheels used for those skates. Depending on what year model those Pro 78's are you may not even be able to find a replacement set. I would try finding something a bit more durable if they wore down fairly quickly. I would try looking up 78mm 80A wheels online and see what comes up. You should be able to shop for a specific style from there!
